This is a joint series Thara and I are working on. She did the first and fourth levels for the Mr. Clint City pageant (Rad) and I'm doing the third and fourth.
Bio: Don't get Rad wrong, it was cool to see the Mr Clint City title go from Frozn to Frozn but he personally sees the whole pageant as a big waste of time. So whilst he was entirely happy that Titsouk duped him into entering, he grinned and bore the preppy outfits and parading around. Upon being crowned, he then surprised everyone by selling his crown and title, and hit the slopes with his brand new, radical board....

Heh, Rad so didn't draw the short straw with you doing the second form/level 3. The outfit I had in mind was so preppy and school-esque, it was like an actual boarding school uniform
